In searching for some card ideas on Pinterest and You Tube I started watching card-making videos for ideas and techniques - and have become hooked. I was impressed with the quality and variety of coordinating products from Stampin' Up! and became an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in May of 2017.

All the flowers on this card were created using Stampin' Up's Daisy Delight stamp set & Daisy Punch and Melon Mambo and Berry Burst inks. The foliage background on the card mat was a print and cut image that was imported from Google images into Cricut Design space. The sentiment is from Hero Arts CL582 stamp set.

I love this daisy card! Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteThank you Janet.
DeleteHow do you mail a card which has the petals standing out?
ReplyDeleteTina, I haven't had any problem mailing cards with popped up (raised) flowers - they fit fine in the envelopes. I am careful however if I have embellishments such as rhinestones or pearls - then I will add a thin piece of cardboard on top of the card to keep the embellishments from poking/ripping thru the envelope. Remember that because of the weight it may require extra postage.
DeleteWhat stamp set did you use for the stem part of this card
ReplyDeleteI mentioned in the description above that the stem part was not stamped it was something that I saw in google images that I was able to import into the software for my cricut machine and then print out.
