This fun card features Stampin' Up!'s Weather Together stamp set with the coordinating Umbrella Weather Framelits Die and their Party Panda stamp set.  I love the sentiments included in the Weather Together set as they can be used for many different occasions. This is an A2 size card.

--Glue the panda and umbrella together.  Attach to card using glue and then some dimensionals for the umbrella.
--Pop-up the clouds with dimensionals as well.
--Glue the sentiment to the card front.
--Attach an Enamel Shape onto the sentiment circle.
--Attach both mats to the card Base using tape runner.

Hint:  I typically stamp and fussy cut the Pandas from the Party Panda Stamp Set in batches and store in a plastic bag for when I need them.
I did the same thing with the Umbrellas from the Weather Together Stamp & Coordinating Die set. Make it much easier to put a quick card together.
