Another Happy Birthday card using the Best Birds stamp set from Stampin Up. The background and sentiment were  stamped using stamps from the same set using Blushing Bride ink. The branches and flowers are from the Seasonal Layers Thinlets dies. 

The flower and leaves on this card were die cut from Stampin Up's May Flowers Framelits.  The center of the flower is embellished with a single Petite Petals flower stamp. The butterfly is from their Butterflies Thinlets dies.  The branches were stamped using the Falling Flowers stamp set using Old Olive ink. 

This Birthday card is somewhat similar to others I have created but unique because three of daisies from Stampin Up's Daisy Delight stamp set were stamped directly on the card and the other two were popped up to add some dimension.  I used Bermuda Bay and Rich Razzleberry inks. 

This pinterest inspired card was stamped using the ferns from Butterfly Basics stamp set from Stampin Up using Elegant Eggplant ink which was stamped full strength and then re-stamped a second time for contrast.  Then the background was sponged with Perfect Plum ink.  The sentiment is from Hero Arts CL582 stamp set and stamped on a mat cut with SU Stitched Shape Framelits.  The butterfly was die cut using the largest of the SU Butterflies Thinlets.

These three sympathy cards were created using birds cut with Stampin Up's Birds & Blooms Thinlits dies.  The sentiments and the branches were stamped from their Thoughts & Prayers stamp sets. 

Then using the same background process  but adding a double layer butterfly die cut from Stampin Up's Butterflies Thinlets we have a another version.  Sentiment from Daisy Delight stamp set.

A simple Thank You card using the Best Birds stamp set from Stampin Up.   To create the background sun and sky - you create a mask to cover the sun and sky areas so you don't overlap the colors when you are sponging the ink.   

The Thinking of You card used the same masking technique.   But was stamped with the tree from Thoughts & Prayers stamp set.  The tree shape was double stamped to add some additional branches (the tree trunk was masked for the second stamping).  For additional interest we added a bunny image that we found on Google images and die cut it on my Cricut Explore Air.

Here's another card using the Best Birds stamp set and the matching Birds & Bloom Thinlets dies from Stampin Up.  Added some Petite Petal flowers and butterflies from the Papillion Potpourri stamp set punched with co-ordinating punches.  Used Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Sahara Sand inks  and added some rhinestone embellishments.  Sentiment from Colorful Seasons stamp set.

Having so much fun combining my new stamp sets with ones I already have.  These two cards are an example of that.  My sister was up for a few days and we each made one of these using a similar design.   The branches are stamped from Stampin Up's Falling Flowers stamp set - on one card using Old Olive ink and the other is Tranquil Tide.   The flowers on one from Petite Petals and Flower Shop (cut using the Pansy and Petite Petals punches) and on the other from Falling Flowers (using the May Flower Framelits dies).  We both used some pearls to embellish the cards and Rich Razzleberry ink for the flowers. 

Trying a new card style that I have seen on Pinterest with lots of variations.  I cut out the 3 panels and use a template that I created to space them out before I stamp them.  The flowers and leaves for this card are from Stampin Up's Grateful Bunch stamp set.  I stamp everything on the 3 panels at once so that the design flows from one panel to the next.  These flowers were stamped using Melon Mambo, Rich Razzleberry, Tempting Turquoise and Daffodil Delight inks.  The leaves are Old Olive ink.

A fun card to send to a dear friend who is indeed "Totally Awesome"  The background design on the card was printed on my Cricut machine using their Design Space software. This creates a frame that I use often to create cards. The flowers were stamped with Stampin Up's Petite Petals stamp set with Melon Mambo ink.  The leaves and sentiment were stamped from the Grateful Bunch stamp set using their Old Olive Ink and Melon Mambo. And the butterfly is from their Papillion Potpourri stamp set.  

This Birthday card was made highlighting daisies stamped with the Daisy Delight stamp set using their Pacific Point ink.  Quick and simple to make using some DSP I had saved from back in my Scrapbooking days. I embellished the flowers with rhinestones.  The sentiment is from Stampabilities Card Phrases stamp set.

This Birthday card was made using stamps from Stampin' Up!'.  The flowers on the card mat were stamped from Falling Flowers stamp set using Bermuda Bay ink.  The branches were stamped using part of the tree in their Thoughts and Prayers stamp set using Old Olive ink.  Then I sponged both inks to shade in the background.  The sentiment is from their Butterfly Basics stamp set.  The butterflies were die cut using the largest die from their Butterflies Thinlets.

Here's another Birthday Card - this time using Stampin' Up! Butterfly Basics stamp set.  The ferns are stamped using their Old Olive ink, the flowers and stems were colored with Aqua Painters mostly using Melon Mambo and Old Olive inks with a few other colors for shading. The sentiment is also from Butterfly Basics. I have embellished both the flowers and stems with clear Wink of Stella.  And then added some bits of color to the fern area using two stamps from their Daisy Delight stamp set.

I got a new order of Stamps, Inks, Cardstock and more from Stampin' Up! in early August.  Haven't had much time to blog, having too much fun Creating Cards.  One of my new favorites is the  Best Birds stamp set with the Birds & Blooms Thinlits Dies. I have been wanting to try some sponging of colors so this was my first attempt, used their Aqua Painter also.  The sentiment is from the same stamp set. The flowers were created using the Petite Petals Stamp set.  The butterfly was from Papillion Potpourri. I used Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo, Old Olive & Sahara Sand inks from Stampin Up plus a few more for shading.
