In searching for some card ideas on Pinterest and You Tube I started watching card-making videos for ideas and techniques - and have become hooked. I was impressed with the quality and variety of coordinating products from Stampin' Up! and became an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in May of 2017.

The outlined leaves on this card I designed, were stamped using Stampin Up's Colorful Seasons set using Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, Tranquil Tide, Always Artichoke, Rose Red and Fresh Fig inks. The sentiment is from the same stamp set. After stamping the leaves I used one of SU's Blender Pens to sort of water color the leaves. Then for some dimension added a few die cut leaves from the coordinating Seasonal Layers Thinlets.
This Thank You card was created using Stampin Up's Daisy Delight stamp set (Daisies - Lemon Lime Twist, Tangerine Tango ink with Crushed Curry Centers)and Daisy punch and the leaves were stamped from their Falling Flowers stamp set (Garden Green ink)and then die cut with the coordinating May Flowers Framelits dies. The sentiment is also from the Daisy Delight set. I water colored the background using Lemon Lime Twist ink.
Another Happy Birthday Card using Stampin Up's Flower Shop stamp set. The flowers and background were stamped using Daffodil Delight and Pacific Point inks. I added some buttons to the center of the flowers and a few blue rhinestones. The sentiment is from the Best Birds stamp set and added to a die cut using one of the SU Stitched Shaped oval Framelits dies.
This card was created using Stampin Up's Happy Birthday Thinlets die. I water colored the flowers and leaves that I had stamped using SU Grateful Bunch stamp set with Memento Ink, then spattered the background using their Aqua Painters. I used SU Daffodil Delight, Crushed Curry, and Old Olive inks for the water colors.
This card was CASEd from a card made by Jan B and posted on You Tube. It was actually the first card I made from Stampin Up's Daisy Delight stamp set. It is a layered stamp set - the flower stems are stamped and then the flowers and buds aligned and stamped separately. I embellished the daisies with some pearls and added Bitty Butterflies stamped with the SU Papillion Potpourri stamp set. I used SU Sweet Sugarplum and Old Olive inks. And then added a drop of ink to my SU spritzer to add some color to the background. The sentiment was a die cut created in Cricut design space.
The first card was stamped using Stampin Up's Flower Shop stamp set and Melon Mambo ink. Then I cut out the "thank you" on my Cricut explore air. I love this effect and so I printed out another mat with one of my favorite pictures from my perennial gardens. Cut out the letters same as before. I am keeping this in mind for some other photo style cards as I have lots of great flower and scenic pictures.
