This is Part 3 of a 6 Part Series featuring the Perfectly Plaid Stamp Set and the coordinating Pine Tree Punch by Stampin' Up!

This page features four cards each with "trees"on them cut using the featured Pine Tree Punch. I used a standard 5-1/4" x 4" bottom mat of  cardstock on each of the cards that I embossed with one of  my Stampin' Up! Embossing Folders. I used the Evergreen Forest Embossing Folders on the first 3 cards.  On the last card I used the Painted Texture Embossing Folder.  The sentiments on the first 3 cards were stamped using a stamp from the Star of Light Stamp Set and was stamped on scrap pieces of cardstock in coordinating colors. On the fourth card I used a sentiment from the Timeless Tidings Stamp Set.  Any colors Cardstock or DSP that you have in your stash, and any embossing folder can be substituted for what I've used here.

-The bottom mat for this card was cut from Cherry Cobbler CS.  The top mat was cut from White CS and embossed with the Evergreen Forest Embossing Folder.  I attached the top mat with Tape Runner and then wrapped the piece with a piece of Cherry Cobbler Striped Ribbon.

-I punched out 5 trees for this card, 3 out of a piece of DSP, the other 2 from Gold Foil. I added 3 gold foil stars to the DSP trees and attached then with Taper Runner. The 2 foil trees were popped up with Dimensionals. The embossed trees on the White CS are visible behind these 5 that I added.

-The Sentiment was stamped with Real Red Ink and popped up with Dimensionals.

-The bottom mat for this card was cut from Night of Navy CS and embossed with the Evergreen Forest Embossing Folder.  I sprayed the Embossed CS piece with Shimmer Spray for accent.

- Then I added a 1-3/4" strip of a co-ordinating plaid DSP with Tape Runner to the left side of the card as shown.  I cut an oval piece of Gold Foil using one of the Layering Oval Dies and popped it up.

-I cut 2 trees from the DSP and attached them as shown with Tape Runner.  I cut 1 tree from Night of Navy CS, added a Gold Foil Star to the top and popped it up.

The sentiment was stamped with Shaded Spruce Ink and popped up with  Dimensionals.  Lastly I added a few Gold Sequins.
