This Amazing You card was created using the Lovely Floral Embossing Folder from Stampin' UP!.  For this card I embossed on Vellum paper.  And then used Stampin' Write markers to color the design.  It looks like Velvet.  The folder pattern is so versatile.  It is also great to emboss on foil paper or on a previous card here I applied ink to the inside of the folder before embossing on white cardstock.  This is an A2 size card.

-Tranquil Tide Bottom Base Mat:  (5-1/4" x 4")
-Vellum Top Mat:  (5" x 3-3/4")
-Scraps of Elegant Eggplant for sentiment die cuts

Directions:

- -Cut the top and bottom mats to size per list.
--Insert the Vellum top mat in the embossing folder and run thru Big Shot.
--Color the larger flowers with Indigo Blue marker on the top side of the vellum.
--Color the smaller flowers with Elegant Eggplant marker on the top side of the vellum.
--Attach the vellum mat to the Tranquil Tide using Adhesive Dots.  I placed them under sections of the larger flowers, and then in the corners and edges which I covered with the enamel shapes (as they will otherwise show thru the vellum.
--Apply Wink of Stella to the flower center.
--Attach Rhinestones and Enamel Shapes as needed.
--Glue the sentiment die cuts as shown.
