I had a request from a friend for some masculine cards with a fishing theme.  These 5 cards feature one or more of the following stamp sets from Stampin' Up!: High Tide, Best Catch, Waterfront,  and Lovely As A Tree.

For this first card I starting by using the Waterfront stamp set to stamp the mountains using Soft Suede  and Crumb Cake Inks and 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation stamping on a top mat cut from Whisper White CS.
Then I stamped the water stamp from the Waterfront Stamp using Soft Sea Spray Ink and shaded the area using the same ink and a Blending Brush.
The sky was shaded using Balmy Blue Ink and a Blending Brush.
The birds are from the High Tide stamp set and stamped using Balmy Blue Ink.
The fisherman is from the Best Catch Stamp Set and was stamped using Early Espresso Ink.
The finished mat was mounted on a bottom mat cut from Soft Suede CS.

For this 2nd card I started by using the water stamp  from the Waterfront Stamp Set with Balmy Blue Ink and then shading the water area using a Blending Brush with the same ink on a top mat cut from Whisper White CS.
The fish was stamped on Whisper White CS using Memento Ink and the Best Catch stamp set, cut out using the coordinating Catch of the Day Die. It was colored using Flirty Flaming and Gray Granite Stampin' Blend Sets. The fish was popped up with Dimensionals.
The grass pieces were cut from Basic GrayCS and colored with Mossy Meadow and Soft Suede Stampin' Blend Sets.
This finished mat was mounted on a bottom mat cut from Basic Gray CS.

For this 3rd card I started by cutting a top mat from Sahara Sand CS and then embossed the piece using the Painted Texture Embossing Folder., which I sponged with a light coating of Sahara Sand Ink.
The fish were cut from Soft Suede and So Saffron Ink and strung on a piece of beige Twine.
The hat and tackle box were stamped on scraps of Whisper White CS with Memento Ink,  Thery were colored using So Saffron and Soft Suede Stampin' Blend Sets and cut out using the Catch of the Day Dies.

Today's post features the Curvy Dies from the January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. They were part of the Quite Curvy Bundle. These 2 cards are pretty basic, and very quick and easy to make. I just wanted to play with one of the curved dies.  I will focus more on the bundle in a later post.

- The standard size bottom mat was cut from Mossy Meadow CS.
-The I added a floral piece cut from Peaceful Poppies DSP.
-And to the top I attached to "curved" pieces I cut from Blackberry Bliss Cardstok.
-The sentiment was cut from Mossy Meadow CS using the Celebrate You Die Set.  I added some wink of Stella to the cut sentiment.
-Lastly I added a few Rhinestones at the bottom.

-The standard size bottom mat for this second card was cut from Night of Navy CS.
-The standard size top mat was cut from a piece of True Gentlemen DSP.
-The curve was cut from Crumb Cake CS.  To get the two edges just rotate the die for the second edge and line it up as desired.
-The sentiment is from the Quite Curvy Stamp Set and was stamped using Early Espresso Ink.
-I cut some leaves using the Nature's Roots Dies from scraps of Crumb Cake, Night of Navy, and Chocolate Chip CS, assembled them as shown and attached them to the corner with Tape Runner.
