Another Beautiful You card using both the Beautiful You and High Tide stamp sets from Stampin' Up!.  For this card you need to create masks to cover and protect both the Sun and the Girl when coloring the background areas.  Then it is mostly sponging the sky, water and sun and using Aqua Painters for the Girl's dress, hat, arms & legs.  This is an A7 size card.

Material List:
-Stamp Set:  Beautiful You, High Tide
-Tools:  Aqua Painters, Sponge Daubers,
-Cardstock:  Tranquil Tide, Watercolor Paper
-Inks: Marina Mist, Tranquil Tide, Pool Party, Crushed Curry, -Daffodil Delight, Smoky Slate, Dapper Denim, Blushing Bride
-Basics: Scissors, Paper Trimmer, Dimensionals, Tombow Glue, Big Shot, Adhesive Tape Runner
-Other:  Removable Post-It note and/or tape
-Card Base:  White A7 card (Folded Size 7"  x 5" )
-Tranquil Tide Bottom Base Mat:  (6-3/4"  x 4-3/4" )
-Watercolor Paper for Top Mat:   (6-1/2"  x 4-1/2" )

Directions:
--Cut the top and bottom mats to size per list.
--Start by creating a mask for the Sun by cutting out a circle from a scrap of removable Post-It.  Place the mask in the location where you want the sun positioned.
--Stamp the girl from the Beautiful You set where indicated.
--Stamp the Girl on a removable piece of Post-It tape and cut out to make a mask - position to completely cover the girl.
--Sponge around the masks using Marina Mist ink on the whole top mat.
--Then use a strip of Post-It Tape to mask a section of the card above the horizon line so you can apply additional colors of ink to the lower section.  I used the water stamp from High Tide in Tranquil Tide, then sponged some Pool Party & Dapper Denim - continue to sponge until you are satisfied with the color of the water.
--Remove the masks.
--Sponge the Sun with Daffodil Delight and Crushed Curry inks until you are satisfied with the color of the sun.
--Watercolor the girl's dress and hat with Tranquil Tide, and her arms and legs with Blushing Bride using Aqua Painters.
-Stamp the Seagulls where indicated using Smoky Slate ink
--Attach the Watercolor top Mat to Tranquil Tide Mat & then both to the Card Base using tape runner.

--I also sprayed some shimmer spray on the whole card - you could use Wink of Stella also (optional).

You should keep the masks you create for later use on other cards.
