This Celebrate You card features Bella & Friends Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!.  The Highland Heather bottom card mat is set off with a strip of Highlands Heather DSP from the Subtles DSP set.  The balloons were cut with the Balloon Punch in Eggplant, Granny Apple Green & Marina Mist Card stock.   This is an A2 size card.

Basics: Paper Trimmer, Adhesive Tape Runner, Tombow Glue,   Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots, Scissors,  Big Shot

Directions:

--Cut all Cardstock Mats & Pieces per list.
--Stamp the Whisper White mat with the stamp from Bella & Friends and the sentiment from Birthday Blossom in Memento ink.
--Color the candle, cupcake and collar with markers.
--Attach the strip of Highland Heather DSP to the bottom base mat.
--Attach the stamped white mat to the bottom base mat.
--Punch the balloons in assorted colors using the Balloon Punch.
--Tie Twine to each of the balloons.
--Pop-up the balloons using dimensionals.
--Tie a bow to gather the twine on the balloons.
--Attach Bottom Mat to the Card Base using tape runner.
