Directions:
--Cut the bottom mat to size per list.
--Use the Detailed Trio punch for the cuts in the 4 corners of
the bottom mat.--Die Cut a piece of Rich Razzleberry using the 2 largest frames from the Stitched Seasons Framelits. Cut largest first. Be sure to center the 2nd cut.
--Attach the frame to the center of the bottom mat.
--Dust a piece of WW with Embossing Buddy.
--Stamp the flower onto a sheet of Whisper White with Versamark ink.
--Sprinkle the embossed design with Silver embossing powder.
--Heat set the embossing powder with Heat Tool.
--Fussy cut the Flower.
--Color the flower with Stampin' Blends as shown.
--Apply Wink of Stella to the flowers.
--Stamp the sentiment on the top inside of the frame with Rich Razzleberry ink.
--Pop-up the flowers with dimensionals.
--Attach Enamel shapes as shown.
--Attach Old Olive mat to the Card Base using tape runner.
