This Congratulations card features the Detailed Floral Thinlits from Stampin' Up!.  The sentiment is from the coordinating Floral Phrases stamp set.  I used Pacific Point CS and ink on a background of a sheet of DSP from the Tranquil Textures package.  This is an A2 size card.
