This is Part 1 of a 4 Part Series featuring the Poinsettia Petals Stamp Set and the coordinating Poinsettia Dies.

These cards all feature the large Poinsettia from the featured Stamp Set cut out with the coordinating dies.  The flower can be made with 3 or 4 layers, which are aranged as shown.  I creased and bent each petal and the leaves (if used) to add some added dimension to the flower. By using various color flowers with coordinating colored DSP the possibilities are endless, with each card being unique.

The cards for this posting feature various sheets of Feels Like Frost DSP.  By each card I have added notes about the color cardstock used, the flower centers, and sentiment stamps.   The flowers and pieces are assembled similarly.

-This first Poinsettia is 4 die cut layers of Tempting Turquoise CS, on a top mat cut from the DSP, and matted on a bottom layer of Tempting Turquoise CS.  I added a pearl to the center of the flower and then popped the flower up with Dimensionals.

-I added some wink of Stella to the flower petals.

-Then I added some "sprigs" cut using the featured dies from Whisper White and Tempting Turquiose CS,  inserted them beneath the flower and attached them with Tape Runner

-The sentiment is from the featured stamp set and was stamped with Tempting Turquoise Ink.
