This "Special Day" card features the new Stitched All Around stamp set by Stampin' Up!.   I love this saying as it could be used for  a birthday, an anniversary, or even elegant enough for a wedding.  I mounted it on a Elegant Eggplant mat and embellished with some die cut flowers, twine and a strip of DSP.  Any small flower stamp set could work to make a quick and easy card for any special occasion. This is an A2 size card. 

Material List:

-Stamp Set:  Stitched All Around, Beautiful Bouquet
-Dies: Stitched Label Framelits, Bouquet Bunch Framelits, Eclectic Layers Thinlits 
-Cardstock:  Elegant Eggplant, Perfect Plum, Whisper White
-Inks: Elegant Eggplant, Perfect Plum
-Embellishments:  Rhinestones, Twine
-Tools:  Layered Leaves Embossing Folder
-Basics: Scissors, Paper Trimmer, Dimensionals, Tombow Glue, Big Shot, Adhesive Tape Runner
-Card Base:  White A2 Card (Folded Size 5-1/2" x 4-1/4")
-Elegant Eggplant Top Mat:  (5-1/4" x 4")
-Scrap pieces of Purple Plum to cut the larger flowers
-Scrap piece of a coordinating DSP for the Tab Strip
-Scrap pieces of Whisper White to stamp the sentiment and flowers

Directions:

--Cut the top mat to size per list.

--Stamp the sentiment from Stitched All Around on a scrap of Whisper White & Die Cut the Sentiment using the coordinating die from Stitched Label Framelits.
--Stamp several small flowers from Beautiful Bouquet onto scraps of Whisper White CS in Perfect Plum ink and Die Cut them with the coordinating Bouquet Bunch Framelits.
--Die cut a couple of open style flowers from scraps of Perfect Plum CS using  the die from Eclectic Layers Thinlits Die.
--Emboss the Elegant Eggplant mat using the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder.
--cut a Tag strip of a coordinating DSP and attach to left center across the Elegant Eggplant CS mat using tape runner.
--Wrap some twine around the left-hand side of the Elegant Eggplant mat.
--Glue the flowers onto the mat as indicated with Tombow glue.
--Embellish the center of the small flowers with Rhinestones.
--I also glued some Vellum leaves onto the Mat using  leftovers from a Paper Pumpkin kit (optional - or you could use die cut leaves from any other die set that you may have).
--Attach the sentiment using dimensionals.
--Attach Elegant Eggplant Mat to the card Base using tape runner.
