In searching for some card ideas on Pinterest and You Tube I started watching card-making videos for ideas and techniques - and have become hooked. I was impressed with the quality and variety of coordinating products from Stampin' Up! and became an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator in May of 2017.

This card was CASEd from one I saw on a You Tube video by Jennifer Gromada. The wreath is created using stamps from Stampin Up's Holly Berry Happiness stamp set and the coordinating Holly Berry Builder punch. I used both of the holly leaves stamps in the set which I stamped with Tranquil Tide Ink. The berries, bow and sentiment were stamped in Cherry Cobbler ink. The sentiment is from Hero Arts set #CL722. A2 size card.
This is certainly the quickest and easiest Christmas card I have made. And the nice thing is that is could be recreated using any coordinating color card stock and designer series paper. The sentiment is from October 2017 Paper Pumpkin. The snowflake was cut from gold foil paper on my Cricut Explore Air 2 using an image from Design Space. A2 size card.

I had embossed several card mats using some of Anna Griffin's folders and then was not quite sure what to do with them. This one features her Sleigh Bells folder. I sponged the whole mat with Stampin Up's Garden Green Ink and loved the effect. The sentiment and trees and deer and moon were die cut using Stampin Up's coordinating Carols of Christmas stamp set and Card Front Builders Thinlets. A7 size card.
For this second one I used Anna Griffin's Christmas Holly Damask folder and daubed it with Stampin Up's Cherry Cobbler ink. The sentiment here is from the October Paper Pumpkin kit. The die cuts were cut using my Cricut Explore Air 2 with their Design Space images. A7 size card.
This Christmas card uses the sentiment from the October 2017 Paper Pumpkin kit which was stamped with Old Olive ink and matted with the plaid card stock in the kit. The ornaments were created using the coordinating Carols of Christmas stamp set and Card Front Builder Thinlits from Stampin Up with Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Pacific Point and Crushed Curry inks. The top card mat was embossed with the Sizzix Big Shot Pine Bough folder and then daubed with the Old Olive ink. A7 size card.
Here's another shaker card. I found this Santa stamp at Michael's and had fun coloring it with my Stampin' Up markers. The pines on the card front are from Stampin Up's Christmas Happiness stamp set using Old Olive ink. The tiny ornaments were created using the coordinating Carols of Christmas stamp set and Card Front Builder Thinlits with Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Pacific Point and Crushed Curry inks. A7 size card.
And here are a few more alternatives using the October 2017 Paper Pumpkin with other items. These are all A2 size cards.
For the shaker window on this first card I used a die cut from Stampin Up's Hometown Greetings Edgelits Dies. Just love this set. The sentiment is from the Paper Pumpkin kit.
This second card uses the cardstock from the Paper Pumpkin Kit. The die cut trees and deer were made with dies from Stampin Up's Card Front Builder Thinlits. The snowflakes were cut with Tim Holtz Sizzix die set #661599.
And for this third one I again used the cardstock and sentiment from the Paper Pumpkin Kit. The snowflakes were from the same Sizzix die set used above. The adorable deer is cut using a die from Stampin Up's Santa's Sleigh Framelits.

I have been very busy making Christmas cards. Lots of experimenting. Here are a couple more cards shaker cards inspired by the October Paper Pumpkin Kit. These are both A2 size card.
This first shaker card uses the larger circle front with pine tree mat and sentiment from the kit. I added the snowman stamped, colored and die cut using Stampin Up's coordinating Seasonal Chums and Seasonal Tags Framelits.
This one used the smaller ornament circle front and sentiment from the kit. But I added a Santa that I stamped and colored for inside the shaker ornament. And of course a little "bling" to make it sparkle.

I started this Christmas card by embossing a scrap of white paper with Anna Griffin's Snowfall embossing folder and then die cutting 2 snowflakes using a circle die from Stampin Ups' Stitched Shape Framelits Dies. Then the background mat and the 3rd ornament shape were stamped using the 2 small snowflakes stamps from the October Paper Pumpkin kit with Bermuda Bay ink. All 3 ornaments were then sponged with Bermuda Bay. The gold strips are washi tape, the ornament hangers were cut from gold foil paper on my Cricut Explore Air 2. I am planning to make more of these in some of my other favorite Christmas colors.
I have been working on Christmas cards for the past couple of weeks. This one was created with a winter scene design stamp set from Hero Arts (#CL896) with coordinating dies. The background was created by using some removable labeling tape to separate the sky from the snow-covered ground and to mask for the moon. Once that was done I simply stamped the trees and house from the set. Then I used a stamp made by Stampabilities called Santa Sleigh Silhouette for the sleigh and reindeer. The inks were from Stampin' Up. For the trees: Garden Green, Always Artichoke and Chocolate Chip. The sky: Night of Navy with some Memento Black. And then the house was stamped with Cherry Cobbler. A7 size card.
This second one used that same stamp set with the same process for the background but with a large yellow moon. A7 size card.

Here the deer, trees, moon and the sleigh were either die or fuzzy cut and some were popped up for dimension. The sentiment is from Stampin Up's October Paper Pumpkin kit. I used Stampin Up's Night of Navy and Perfect Plum inks for the sky. The snow was lightly sponged with some Marina Mist. I used Garden Green for the trees, Chocolate Chip for the deer, and Real Red for the sentiment. A2 size card.
This card was created using Stampin Ups' Weather Together stamp set and the coordinating Umbrella Weather dies.
The set is easy and fun to use with endless color combination possibilities. I cut out lots of umbrellas, clouds and handles, glued them all together and then picked out three. For this card I used Bermuda Bay and Pumpkin Pie inks. The lovely sentiment is from the same stamp set. A7 size card.
This is a fairly new stamp set for me - Stampin Up's Beautiful Bouquet with coordinating Bouquet Bunch Framelits Dies. There is quite a bit of stamping and die cutting for this card - this set is packed with lots of flower shapes to pick from.
When I work with flower shapes I tend to stamp a lot of different types of flowers and in lots of different colors - then put the card together picking from what I have cut. That is what I did for this card. The flowers were stamped with Perfect Plum and Berry Burst inks. The sentiment is from the same stamp set. A7 size card.

These two cards feature Stampin Up's Dragonfly Dreams stamp set and their Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies.
For this card I stamped the dragonflies with the detailed stamp, one with Marina Mist and the other with Tranquil Tide and then die cut them with the coordinating die. Once they were cut I sponged them with the inks to fill in any white edges. The sentiment for this card is from the same stamp set. The dragonflies were added to a watercolor mat.
For this card I used the same detailed stamp and colors but cut them with the other die in the set, and then sponged them using the same inks. The texture around the edges is from the Dragonfly Stamp set. The sentiment was stamped with the Stylized Happy Birthday stamp. All were added to water-colored mat.

Another alternative card for the September 2017 Paper Pumpkin "Layered Leaves" kit. The leaves were stamped with Stampin Up's Paper Pumpkin and Daffodil Delight inks. The border was die cut from their Flourish Thinlits Dies. And then the center pop-up used the large leaf stamp and various die cut elements provided in the kit.
This fall card was created using the solid small maple leaf stamp from Stampin Up's Colorful Seasons stamp set. It was CASED from a video I saw. The stamp was sponged with 3 different colors of inks: Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie, and Daffodil Delight and then stamped. The same colors were then sponged over the card itself. I added one of the leaves from the September 2017 Paper Pumpkin kit. The sentiment is from the Colorful Seasons set. My apologies to the stamper that inspired this card with the technique - but unfortunately after searching thru recent videos I watched I couldn't find the source.
This card was created with Stampin Up's Lovely As a Tree stamp set. It was quick and easy to make. The background was sponged with a combination of Always Artichoke, Pear Pizzazz, Garden Green and Marina Mist inks. The trees with Chocolate Chip and Crumb Cake. And then the "leaves" were sponged with Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie and Tangerine Tango. I added a small die cut deer and was done.
