This is Part 5 of a 10 Part Series of Masculine Cards that I have just completed using various stamp sets. I will be posting cards using other stamp sets over the next several days.


Today's post features the Waterfront and Snow Front Stamp Sets from Stampin' Up!.  I often combine the images from these 2 sets on cards I make.  Easy to make some quick and easy cards with these 2 sets.

For this first card I used the Snow Front Stamp Set.
-The bottom mat for this card was cut from Marina Mist CS.
-The top mat was cut from Whisper White CS and lightly sponged using Blending Brushes and Marina Mist Ink.
-I stamped the images using Early Espresso (trees), Soft Suede (deer), Real Red (birds), Memento (snowman), and Marina Mist (swirls) Inks.
-The sentiment is from the Sheltering Tree Stamp Set.
-This card was inspired by on I saw on Pinterest made by Cindy Elam.

This second card also features the Snow Front Stamp Set.
-The bottom mat for this card was cut from  Mossy Meadow CS and embossed using the Subtle Embossing Folder.
-The top mat was cut from Whisper White CS.
- I stamped the images using Early Espresso (trees), Soft Suede (deer), Crumb Cake (mountains), Mossy Meadow and Old Olive (pines and grassy areas).  Then I used Blending Brushes to lightly color the background areas:  Balmy Blue (sky) and Old Olive (grass).
-I used one of  the Stitched Rectangle Dies to trim the top mat to desired size.
-The sentiment is from the Home To Roost stamp set and stamped in Early Espresso Ink.




This third card uses both the Waterfront and Snow Front Stamp Sets.
-The bottom mat was cut from Tranquil Tide CS.
-The top mat was cut from Whisper White CS.
-I stamped the images using Gray Granite and Smoky Slate (Mountain Area-Waterfront & Snow Front), Tranquil Tide (pines-Snow Front-1st and 2nd generation stamping), and Early Espresso (cabin-Snow Front).  Then I used Blending Brushes to lightly color the background with Soft Sky Ink.  
-The sentiment is from the Home To Roost Stamp set and is stamped in Early Espresso Ink.


This last card features the Waterfront Stamp Set.
-The standard bottom mat and the scalloped mat of the oval was cut from Shaded Spruce CS.
-The strip was cut from Forever Greenery DSP.
-The top mat of the oval was cut from Whisper White CS.
-The ovals were cut out using the Layering Ovals Dies.
-The images were stamped using Gray Granite (mountains) and Shaded Spruce (trees) Inks.
-The layered ovals were popped up with Dimensionals.
-The narrow strip at the bottom was cut from Gray Granite CS and wrapped with some dark green Twine.
-The sentiment is from the Home To Roost Stamp Set.
-This card was inspired by one I saw on Pinterest made by Mary Brown.

This is Part 4 of a 10 Part Series of Masculine Cards that I have just completed using various stamp sets. I will be posting cards other stamp sets over the next several days.

Today's post features the Sheltering Tree Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!. 


-For this first card the standard size bottom mat was cut from Tranquil Tide CS.
-The strip across the middle of the card was cut from True Gentleman DSP.
-The top mat was cut from Whisper White CS.  
-The tree and swing were stamped using Early Espresso Ink. 
-The leaves were stamped using Shaded Spruce and Bermuda Bay inks.  
-The grass strip was stamped with Tranquil Tide Ink.  This piece was popped up with Dimensionals.
-The sentiment is from the featured set and stamped with Tranquil Tide Ink.





-For this 2nd card the standard size bottom mat was cut from Calypso Coral CS.
-The top mat (3-3/8 x 4-5/8") was cut from Whisper White CS and lightly colored using Soft Sky Ink and a Blender Brush.
-The tree and rake were stamped using Early Espresso Ink.
-The leaves were stamped with Petal Pink and Calypso Coral Inks.
-The fence was cut out of Early Espresso CS using the Autumn Wheelbarrow Dies.
-The sentiment is from the Flourishing Phrases Stamp Set, stamped with Earl Espresso Ink.

This is Part 3 of a 10 Part Series of Masculine Cards that I have just completed using various stamp sets. I will be posting cards using other stamp sets over the next several days.

Today's post features the Dragonfly Dreams Stamp Set and the coordinating Detailed Dragonfly Dies from Stampin' Up!. 

-The bottom mat on this first card was cut from Night of Navy CS.
-The top mat was cut from Whisper White CS.
-The "ferns" are from the Butterfly Basics Stamp Set and were stamped on the top mat using Granny Apple Green and Lemon Lie Twist inks (1st and 2nd generation stamping).
-The "dots" are from the Artisan Textures Stamp Set and were stamped with Lemon Lime Twist Ink.
-The dragonfly from the featured set was stamped on a scrap piece of Whisper White CS using Night of Navy Ink, cut out with the coordinating die, and then I sponged some Misty Moonlight Ink over the top of the piece to fill in the white space.
-The sentiment is from the Here's A Card Stamp Set and stamped  using Night of Navy Ink.
-The dragonfly was popped up with Dimensionals.


-The bottom mat on this 2nd card was cut from Granny Apple Green CS.
-The top mat  was also cut from Granny Apple Green CS, then embossed using the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder that I inked with Old Olive Ink.
-The circular piece in the center was cut from Granny Apple Green CS using one of the Painted Layers Dies. It was popped up with dimensionals.
-The dragonfly was stamped in Old Olive Ink of Whisper White CS, cut out, and then sponged with Granny Apple Green Ink.
-The sentiment is from the Tags in Bloom Stamp Set and was stamped using Old Olive Ink on a scrap piece of Granny Apple Green CS.  It was also popped up with dimensionals.




-This 3rd card only uses one mat.  It was cut from Misty Moonlight CS.
-Next I stamped the ferns from the Butterfly Basics Stamp Set and the "dots" from the Beautiful Blizzard Stamp Set using Night of Navy Ink.
-I have a stencil that I made quite some time ago for the "bokeh style" circles.  It is basically a piece of white CS, covered with some self-adhesive plastic laminating sheets, and then various sized circles cut out of it.  I used Whisper White Ink and a sponge dauber to color the circle shapes across the top mat.
-The sentiment is from the Good Morning Magnolia Stamp Set, stamped directly onto the mat using Night of Navy Ink.
- The dragonfly was stamped with Berry Burst and Night of Navy Inks, die cut with the coordinating die and popped up with Dimensionals.
-This card was inspired by one I saw on Pinterest made by Tina Kolivopoulos.

-The bottom mat for this for this last card was cut from Old Olive CS and embossed using the Subtle Embossing Folder.
-The center strip was cut from  Pineapple Punch CS and then the dragonflies were stamped onto the strip using Old Olive Ink.
-The dragonfly was stamped on a scrap piece of Pineapple Punch CS using Old Olive Ink.  It was popped up with Dimensionals.
The sentiment is from the Blended Seasons Stamp Set, it was stamped with Old Olive Ink onto a scrap piece of Pineapple Punch CS and then cut out using one of the Painted Layers Dies.  It was also popped up with Dimensionals. 







Here's Another color option for this layout.  Though not in a masculine color scheme, this card features Melon Mambo and Dapper Denim Inks and Cardstock.

This is Part 2 of a 10 Part Series of Masculine Cards that I have just completed using various stamp sets. I will be posting cards using other stamp sets over the next several days.

Today's post features the Rooted in Nature Stamp Set and the coordinating Nature's Root Dies from Stampin' Up!.  They are made similarly to yesterday's 3 cards.

-This first card features the "tall tree" from the featured set.
-The standard size bottom mat was cut from Tranquil Tide CS
-The standard size top mat was cut from Soft Suede CS, embossed using the Painted Texture Embossing Folder that was inked with Crumb Cake Ink.
-The bottom mat for the center panel was also cut from Tranquil Tide CS.
-The top mat for the center panel was cut from Whisper White CS, the tree was stamped with Tranquil Tide Ink, and the sentiment from the Home To Roost Stamp Set  was stamped with Soft Suede Ink.
-The center panel was popped up with dimensionals.



-This next card features the "wide tree" from the Rooted in Nature Bundle.
-The standard size bottom mat was cut from Pumpkin Pie CS.
-The top mat was cut from Whisper White CS and colored using Blender Brushes with Pacific Point, Perfect Plum, Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry, and Garden Green Inks.
-The "tree" was stamped in the center using Garden Green Ink. 
-The sentiment is from the Sheltering Tree stamp set and was stamped using Garden Green Ink.


-This last card features the "leaves" from the Rooted In Nature Bundle.
-The standard bottom mat was cut from Just Jade CS.
-The standard top mat was cut from Whisper White CS, I used Just Jade Ink to stamp the leaf images onto the top mat.
-The bottom mat on the middle layer panel was cut from Just Jade CS, the top mat from Just Jade DSP.
-The bottom mat on the top layer panel was cut from Just Jade CS, the top mat from Whisper White CS which was stamped with a sentiment from the featured stamp set using just Jade Ink. This panel was popped up with dimensionals.
-The die cut leaves were stamped with Just Jade Ink, cut out with the coordinating dies and popped up with Dimensionals. I added an enamel shape to this cluster of leaves which were popped up with dimensionals

Today's post features the Rooted in Nature Stamp Set and the coordinating Nature's Root Dies from Stampin' Up!. 

-This first card features the "tall tree" from the featured set.
-The standard size bottom mat was cut from Tranquil Tide CS
-The standard size top mat was cut from Crumb Cake CS, embossed using the Woodland Embossing Folder that was inked with Sahara Sand Ink.
-The bottom mat for the sentiment panel was also cut from Tranquil Tide CS.
-The top mat for the sentiment panel was cut from Whisper White CS, the wood round shape was stamped with Sahara Sand Ink, and the sentiment from the featured set was stamped with Tranquil Tide Ink.
-The "tall tree" was stamped on a scrap piece of  Whisper White CS using Tranquil Tide Ink.  It was cut out with the coordinating die and then popped up with dimensionals.
-This card was CASEd from one I saw on Pinterest made by Georgia Giguere.




-This next card features the "wide tree" from the Rooted in Nature Bundle.
-The standard size bottom mat and the center circle were cut from So Saffron CS.
-The middle mat was cut from Whisper White CS.
-The top mat was cut from Tranquil Tide CS and embossed using the Layered Leaf Embossing Folder.
-The "tree" stamped on a scrap piece of Whisper White CS using Tranquil Tide Ink.  It was cut out with the coordinating die and popped up with Dimensionals.
-The sentiment is from the Forever Fern stamp set and was stamped on a scrap piece of Whisper White CS using Tranquil Tide Ink and also popped up with dimensionals.  
-This card was CASEd from one I saw on Pinterest made by Jan Clothier.



-This last card features the "leaves" from the Rooted In Nature Bundle.
-The bottom mat was cut from Crushed Curry CS.
-The top mat was cut from Whisper White CS.  
-I used Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze Inks to stamp the images onto the top mat.
-All the die cut leaves were stamped with Crushed Curry Ink and popped up with Dimensionals.
-The sentiment is from the featured set and was stamped with Crushed Curry Ink directly onto the top mat.
